イベントが主催者都合により中止、延期、または大幅変更となる場 合、返金可否、返金方法、または振替開催の案内は、主催者または 当社から登録メールアドレス等を通じてご案内します。
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by the organizer, information about refund eligibility, refund method, or rescheduling will be provided by the organizer or by us through the registered email address or similar contact channel.
No-show cases are generally not refundable.
利用者都合による不参加、遅刻、必要情報の未提出、会場ルール違 反による参加不可については、個別の定めがない限り返金対象外と なります。
No-shows, late arrivals, failure to submit required information, or inability to participate due to venue rule violations are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated for the event.
Name changes may be handled before the event deadline.
参加者名の変更が必要な場合は、イベントごとに定める期限までに サポートへご連絡ください。本人確認や運営上の都合により、変更 をお受けできない場合があります。
If a participant name change is needed, please contact support by the deadline specified for the relevant event. Depending on identity verification requirements or operational constraints, we may not be able to accept the change.
Where a refund is approved, the method depends on the original payment flow.
返金が認められる場合、返金時期・返金先・手数料控除の有無は、 支払方法、主催者規定、決済事業者の処理条件に応じて個別に案内 されます。
If a refund is approved, the timing, destination account or payment method, and whether any fees are deducted will be communicated individually based on the original payment method, the organizer's policy, and the processing conditions of the payment provider.
